A good cancer?

really...

To say that any cancer is good, is in my eyes, not a brilliant thing to say. With the UK cancer research campaign saying that one in two people will experience cancer in their lifetime that indeed is a scary statistic.

Today there was a report of an 18 year old woman from Wales who died from side effects of the treatment she received. Any news like that is tragic, especially for someone so young. But in the article it cited a crumbling NHS structure and it seems, like it depends, where you live as to your clinical outcome?

I am still not out of the woods yet and every day is a struggle, but reading articles like the one below is so sad, especially as she had the same type of cancer as me.

My heart goes out to her family and friends. In a G7 economy this should never happen.

The people who try so hard to hold it all together are amazing. Fix the system before more lives are lost in vain...
